Arrmada Support
Arrmada connects to services you host and administer. Most setup begins with the service URL and API credentials from that service's own settings.
Need help?
Email support@arrmada.com with your Apple platform and Arrmada version. Never include API keys, passwords, or an unredacted configuration backup.
Getting started
- Open Settings → Connections.
- Add a service using the URL and API credentials from the service you administer.
- Test the connection before saving it.
- Return to Dashboard, Library, Activity, Search, or Bookmarks to use the capabilities exposed by your configured services.
Common questions
Why can’t Arrmada reach a local service?
Confirm that your Apple device can reach the same hostname and port, that the service is listening beyond localhost, and that local-network access is allowed for Arrmada in system privacy settings. If you use HTTPS with a private certificate, review the connection's certificate setting carefully.
Does Arrmada provide media or hosted servers?
No. Arrmada is a client for compatible services you install and administer. It does not provide media, indexers, trackers, hosted infrastructure, or default server addresses.
Where are my credentials stored?
Credentials are stored locally using Apple Keychain. The developer does not receive them.
How do encrypted backups work?
Arrmada can export your configuration as an encrypted archive protected by a passphrase you choose. Keep that passphrase safe; it cannot be recovered by the developer.
How do I report a problem safely?
Include the affected service type, what you expected, what happened, your Apple platform, and the Arrmada version shown in Settings. Remove hostnames, usernames, media names, API keys, and credentials from screenshots and logs.
Delete Arrmada data
Delete individual connections or profiles inside Settings. Delete any exported backup files from Files, Finder, iCloud Drive, or wherever you saved them. Removing Arrmada deletes its application data; Apple Keychain may retain credentials according to system behavior, which can be managed through Apple's device and Keychain tools.
Compatible services
Arrmada supports user-configured Radarr, Sonarr, Lidarr, Readarr, Transmission, SABnzbd, NZBGet, Jackett, Newznab-compatible, Tautulli, and Heimdall instances. Compatibility can vary by server version and configuration. These third-party names identify compatible services only; Arrmada is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
